Friday, October 30th, 2015

Construction Resources, Inc. is partnering with the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia for the first Concert with a Cause on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015. Prior to a concert at the Buckhead Theatre, the company will help host a meet and greet just a few doors down at the Cambria Gallery Buckhead.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., attendees can tour the new gallery and discover Cambria's diverse design palette. As the leading innovator in stone, Cambria offers 124 designs, the broadest selection of quartz designs available in the world. On display are various applications incorporating Cambria, including a bar, vanity, conference table, custom tile and slab flooring and a variety of half and full-sized slabs.

Afterwards, a concert featuring The Plott Hounds with Dank and All The Locals will be held at the theatre. Tickets are $40 and include admission to the concert, a chance to meet the bands, an open bar with beer and wine and an exclusive entrance to the event. Each meet and greet ticket will be entered to win a fabulous prize. A limited quantity of tickets will be available and must be purchased by Monday, Nov. 9.

Proceeds will benefit the programs and services of EFGA, the only health agency in Georgia dedicated to serving more than 150,000 Georgians who have epilepsy and seizure disorders nationwide. Its fundraising efforts allow the non-profit to provide epilepsy education, seizure first aid and recognition, an emergency medication assistance fund, youth and adult summer camp scholarships and support groups.

"We cannot wait for the concert and are excited to show off our new gallery while helping the public understand more about epilepsy," said Mitch Hires, co-owner of Construction Resources. "Concert with a Cause will have a huge impact on those with the disorder and their loved ones. We hope it will help break the stigma association with epilepsy and spread the word about this amazing organization."
