JE Dunn Construction captured a top-three spot in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2015 rankings of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work.

In the Large Employer category (100 to 499 employees), JE Dunn rose from sixth place in 2014, to its number three ranking this year.

A Chronicle profile of the top three finishers in each category noted JE Dunn’s commitment to recruiting, empowering and advancing top-notch personnel.

“The company works hard to create advancement opportunities for its current employees,” said the JE Dunn write-up. “The company recently hired a training coordinator to facilitate training for staff, including project management training, leadership training, business development, and time management classes.”

Also noteworthy, the Chronicle said, is JE Dunn’s East Region office workplace—with its open-floor design, rooftop solar panels and other eco-friendly features, and employee amenities including a putting green, fitness center, and rotating selection of microbrews—as a reflection of the company’s values and personality.
