SunTrust Names Corinne Cuthbertson as Brand, Advertising and Digital Marketing Executive

SunTrust Banks Inc. today announced that Corinne Cuthbertson will join its Marketing team as Brand, Advertising and Digital Marketing executive.  She will report to CMO Susan Somersille Johnson and serve as the company’s brand strategist overseeing SunTrust direct marketing, advertising, marketing communications, promotions, digital marketing and social media teams.

Cuthbertson brings 20 years of global marketing experience to the position, most recently serving as NCR’s vice president of Corporate Marketing. Previously, she was director of marketing at Nokia overseeing marketing strategy and consumer insights, following a series of brand marketing roles at global, regional and country levels. She began her career at Telstra, a telecommunications company, based in Australia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and finance from Acadia University.

The appointment is effective November 30.
