Systel Inc Announces Jai Gulati as the New CEO

Systel Inc. announced today a change to their leadership team. Jai Gulati has assumed the role of CEO at Systel Inc. as of February 29th 2016. This happens as the outgoing CEO Manish Madan has decided to focus on his tech startups full time.

Prior to joining Systel Jai has been in leadership positions at TD Ameritrade, Nasdaq, Comcast and Blackrock, where he has managed strategic roles. Jai has an M.B.A. from Temple University, B.A. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook, and HR Certificates from Cornell and Pace Universities. He is on the EMBA Alumni Advisory Board of Temple University and also serves as a career advisor for Stony Brook University.

Jai is a strong executive leader with global responsibility of Program & Project management with accomplished experience in heading the success of multimillion-dollar project engagements that focused on Internet, e-commerce, human capital, consulting, shared services in IT, Finance and HR and SMAC based applications. He is strategic and operational in developing enterprise wide global solutions to support and drive growth in challenging and competitive environments. Jai has a proven track record of identifying and building diverse functional strategy, process and solutions to meet changing requirements of business. Jai brings a great mix of leadership, subject matter expertise, strong industry competencies and a high passion for strong service delivery. 

Manish Madan has decided to move on to pursue his interests in the e-commerce and tech product startup domains. Madhu said "Over the past five years as CEO, Manish was instrumental in delivering a consistent growth, and the several reward and recognitions we won from our customers and industry groups are a testimony."

While Jai will continue to live in New Jersey, he will be traveling extensively to the headquarter location Atlanta, Ga and the service delivery centers in Hyderabad, India.
