At the National Retail Federation's 105th Annual Convention and Expo, Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added Point of Sale solutions, and TransactionTree Inc., a leading provider of digital receipt solutions for the retail industry and other transaction-oriented enterprise, announced a partnership allowing TransactionTree to source data from Epson's OmniLinkMerchant Services platform. The joint solution, which will deliver turnkey digital receipt solutions that help engage the customer after the purchase and provide them with personalized content, will be demonstrated at NRF, January 15- 17 at the Javits Convention Center, NYC, booth # 3343.

The partnership will allow TransactionTree customers to take advantage of the real-time, actionable data generated by Epson's OMS, which enhances the digital receipts by giving business owners more dynamic, personalized content on their customers' contact information and preferences. Epson's OMS platform offers an integrated solution that will work across tablets, mobile devices, multiple locations, and with virtually any POS system that might be sitting on their counters.

"By collaborating with TransactionTree, we deliver the ability for almost unlimited customization and integration of digital receipts, helping businesses gather accurate customer information, build brand awareness, and develop targeted marketing strategies," said Joel Doherty, global business development leader for Epson's Business Systems Division.  "Brands and marketing stakeholders will have the ability to leverage advanced analytics and drive personalized promotions in real time, sourced from the Epson OmniLink receipt printer data, independent of their POS system."

"Our partnership with Epson provides merchants with an invaluable data resource on consumers and on consumers' transactional information," said Jason Shapiro, CEO and co-founder of TransactionTree. "Together we enable retailers to connect more effectively with customers and better understand shopping behavior. When retailers understand and communicate effectively with their customers, they can expect higher satisfaction and sales rates, ultimately increasing their return on investment."
