Data Blue, an Atlanta-based IT services and solutions Value Added Reseller and portfolio company of The Gores Group and Platinum Equity, announced that it has acquired Williams & Garcia, a cloud platform expertise and consulting firm in Atlanta, GA.

The Williams & Garcia acquisition follows closely behind Data Blue's acquisition of LPS Integration, a Value Added Reseller headquartered in Nashville, TN. The addition of Williams & Garcia to the growing Data Blue team further enriches the organization's cloud platform capabilities, which reduce complexities in IT and offer a more agile and accessible infrastructure for the customer. Data Blue clients will reap the benefits of such capabilities through increased business value stemming from a new model enabled by technology.
