Roughly one out of five CIOs are women, meaning 20 percent of female CIOs have overcome conscious and unconscious bias to reach the C-Suite. Do successful women IT executives stress the different skill sets they bring to leadership? Hear Alisia's personal story of how she climbed the ladder, as well as how she overcame challenges often faced by female leaders.

   
 

Alisia Genzler holds the position of Executive Regional Vice President of the Southeast, responsible for the success of 23 branch offices located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this role, she served as Regional Vice President of the Northeast for Technisource — holding that position since 2007. Alisia graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance as well, as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services.
