The Technology Association of Georgia’s Southeastern Software Association, announced the finalists for their 8th Annual Impact Awards, taking place at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta in Marietta on July 13th, 2017.

Along with celebrating innovators in the software industry, the event will feature a keynote address delivered by George Bowser, a senior director at DHL Supply Chain Americas.

George has been a Senior Director of Business Development in DHL Supply Chain’s Retail business since September 2016.  Prior to that, he led part of the North American Solutions Design team, focusing on network strategy and transformational projects.

This year’s TAG SSA Impact Award Standout Category is focused on supply chain-logistics technology. Bowser will address the audience on the topic: “A Vision of the Future of Supply Chain Operations.”
“For those that are fed up with the realities of distribution, there is Augmented Reality, blurring the line between what's real and what's computer-generated.  This early implementer will explain the technology, review current applications, discuss lessons learned, and talk about what the road ahead looks like,” said Bowser.

Each year the TAG SSA Impact Awards recognizes companies and their teams who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in bringing new technology solutions to the market.
