Colliers International Brokers $23.15M Sale of 228-Unit Multifamily Community in Atlanta

The Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advisory Group represented Investors Management Group, Inc. in the twenty three million, one hundred and fifty thousand dollar ($23.15 million) sale of a 2002 vintage, 228-unit, asset in southwest Atlanta, Ga. San Francisco-based Hamilton Zanze purchased the property.
