Weather permitting; Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will continue to work on various lanes on the I-75/I-85 (Downtown Connector) this week. Motorists should expect delays while crews work to create a smoother ride for commuters and visitors who travel to and through Metro Atlanta. 
 
WHEN: Tuesday, August 1 until Friday, August 4, nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
 
WHERE: Painting of Interstate shields will require closures of four right lanes and one outside shoulder on I-75/I-85 NB from Fulton Street to North Avenue.
