nThrive, an independent Patient-to-Payment solutions company, announces the expansion of its relationship with Centegra Health System to further support revenue cycle management for the organization. Centegra Health is outsourcing 230 employees; all will be offered positions with nThrive, and will continue to work in their current positions.

"We embrace the opportunity to collaborate with Centegra to improve the patient experience, and are sincerely excited to welcome Centegra colleagues to the nThrive team," said nThrive CEO, Joel Hackney.

The goal of the new partnership is to improve sustainable margin, preserve service volume, and increase patient and physician satisfaction to transform the provider's acute and ambulatory revenue cycle operations. nThrive will continue to support the provider's business office and health information management department. Additionally, nThrive will expand its role to include management of patient access and additional health information management responsibilities for Centegra Hospitals and Centegra Physician Care (Ambulatory) revenue cycles. The new colleagues will be provided access to resources, technology, education and processes that improve the patient experience. nThrive will collaborate with Centegra to increase revenue capture, reduce operating expenses and accelerate cash flow.

"As we considered ways we could improve our financial performance and patient experience, we turned to longtime partner, nThrive, for a solution," noted Centegra CEO Michael S. Eesley. "We look forward to the ways nThrive will help us enhance our billing and business processes."
