Sealy Acquires 277,201 SF Office Portfolio in Johns Creek

Sealy & Company, a fully-integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company and recognized leader in the industrial real estate market, announces the acquisition of Johns Creek Value & Income Portfolio, a 277,201 SF single-story office portfolio. The Portfolio is at the heart of the affluent and award-winning master-planned community of Johns Creek in metro Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. This acquisition was made on behalf of Sealy Strategic Equity Partners.

The Johns Creek Portfolio is located at the prime intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Johns Creek Parkway, near Medlock Bridge (Hwy 141), just minutes from the area’s major thoroughfares and surrounded by brand-name tenants such as Hitachi, State Farm, SAIA, and Emory Johns Creek Hospital. At 89% leased the buildings provide a strong in-place cash flow supported by an established tenant roster containing three headquarters – ARRIS International, Femasys, and Alpha Advanced Materials.

As an essentially self-sustaining community, Johns Creek boasts a well-established corporate presence, diverse amenity base that includes numerous restaurants, retailers, hotels, and grocers, and country club communities. The area is also home to some of North Atlanta’s finest public schools, including Johns Creek and Northview High School, which posts among the highest testing scores in the state of Georgia. This list is further augmented by its accessibility to North Point Mall, Avalon, and The Collection at Forsyth. With all of its attributes and collection of amenities, it is no surprise that the area is home to both high-ranking decision makers and a young, highly-educated workforce sought-after by employers.
