Balfour Beatty Communities Completes $3M Exterior Renovation Phase at Nesbit Palisades Apartment Homes

Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for the multifamily, military and student housing markets, is pleased to announce that it recently completed $3.0 million in exterior renovations and is executing the interior renovation phase at Nesbit Palisades, a 437-unit apartment community in Atlanta’s busy Holcomb Bridge Corridor. Exterior enhancements include full exterior painting, French doors leading to balconies or patios, energy efficient windows, LED lighting and reconstructed sunrooms.
