Glenfield Capital has selected Colliers International Management -Atlanta to manage 550,000 square feet of Glenfield Capital’s current portfolio. The properties include: The Corners, a four-building, 290,000-square-foot office complex, and Lakeside at Spalding Triangle, a four-building, 260,000-square-foot office complex in the Atlanta suburb of Peachtree Corners.  Lakeside at Spalding Triangle is currently 91 percent leased. The Corners is 78 percent leased.

Colliers will provide the full range of real estate management services, including property management, building operations and maintenance, contract management, lease administration and property accounting and financial reporting.
