Aveanna Healthcare, the preeminent and largest pediatric home health care company in the nation, announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Premier Healthcare Services, LLC, a leading provider of pediatric services to patients in California, with additional operations in Colorado and Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
