Chamberlain Hrdlicka Welcomes Attorney John Guin to Atlanta Office

Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry is pleased to announce attorney John Guin has joined the firm as an associate in its Atlanta office. His arrival continues the growth of the firm’s Atlanta office, which added two attorneys earlier this year.
 
Guin focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal court in complex commercial litigation, including construction, fraud, financial services, non-compete and class action matters. Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s construction law practice group represents a range of clients including owners, developers, construction lenders, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and sureties.
 
Guin brings more than four years of experience in litigation to the firm. He earned his undergraduate degree in English with an economics minor from Sewanee: The University of the South and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
