Conway MacKenzie Inc. Expands Turnaround and Restructuring Team, Brings on Jeff Love as Director

Jeffrey Love has joined Conway MacKenzie Inc. as a director in the firm’s Atlanta regional office. He will provide turnaround and restructuring, working capital management and liquidity improvement services to underperforming businesses.
“Partnering with companies to discover solutions to challenges in restructuring and distressed situations — especially those that are not obvious to others — is a passion that motivates me,” he added. “I’m looking forward to the work at Conway MacKenzie because many of the firm’s clients have complex issues to solve in their respective industries.”
Love’s professional and financial advisory experience spans a variety of functional areas, including Big Four public accounting (audit), investment banking and restructuring at a credit-focused investment management company. With more than 10 years of experience, he has worked extensively with financial modeling, liquidity management, financial statement analysis, internal control assessments, business development and contract negotiation.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Love is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Alabama Society of CPAs. He earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alabama A&M University.
