According to Brad Kitchens, president and CEO at ScottMadden, the firm’s sustained success is linked directly to the strong relationships between the firm and its clients. “Within the firm’s vision statement, we emphasize that ‘we will be known for the quality of our services and the integrity of our relationships.’ And, ‘if our clients are successful, we will enjoy lasting and productive relationships with them.’ These statements sum up nicely the importance we place on our relationships with our clients. More than 30 years later, our very first client is still with us today,” he says.

The year-long anniversary observance focuses on the three fundamental components of the firm’s success: its client relationships, its people, and its sustainable business model. “Our firm has been built on the backs of incredibly talented and dedicated consultants and staff. The level of talent and dedication today is higher than ever, and in my opinion, unmatched in the consulting industry. Here’s to 35 years and counting,” continues Mr. Kitchens.

At its annual meeting this August, ScottMadden staff will reflect on the firm’s success over the past 35 years and celebrate this important milestone.
