RESICAP, a leading service provider for the single-family home asset class, has moved its corporate headquarters to 3630 PEACHTREE in Buckhead. The new location provides RESICAP with the space and facilities it needs to handle a rapidly growing team.

RESICAP partners with residential real estate investors to streamline the management of single family homes. In the past eight years, the company has expanded into 59 markets across the country and has grown to over 700 employees. RESICAP optimizes acquisition, construction and property management and more through their proprietary software platform, Honeybadger.

“We have experienced significant growth due to our best in-class offerings for institutional investors in this new asset class,” explained Andy Capps, Co-Founder and CEO of RESICAP. “In 2017, our staff count increased by 540% and we are projecting an additional 100% growth in 2018. Our new space will accommodate this expansion and provide an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.”

RESICAP occupies the 14th and 15th floors – more than 56,000 square feet – of the Class A trophy building located in Buckhead’s central business district. The space is occupied by employees from the corporate office, as well as RESICAP’s affiliate companies.

The company plans to continue to expand its footprint quickly. “We’ve added an international office in India and moved operations into 34 states,” said Lance Popp, Co-Founder and CEO.  “We are excited about this move because our staff will benefit from the better amenities and more commuting options.”
