A disciplined construction manager, Manish handles cost and schedule control for large commercial projects at SG Contracting. He has been with the company since 2016 and recently was in charge of completing the new primary school at the Atlanta International School, the addition and renovation of the Buckhead YMCA, and the Clubhouse, hitting bays, and maintenance buildings at Georgia Tech’s Golf Practice Facility.
 
Manish excels at identifying and implementing a variety of software products to make projects run more efficiently. “Manish shines at meeting deadlines and managing client relationships,” said Sachin Shailendra, president of SG Contracting.
 
Manish’s project background spans the  commercial real estate spectrum, from multi-family residential, mixed use and parking decks, to healthcare, sports facilities and industrial aviation. Manish holds a degree in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology and in his spare time is a mentor with the ACE Mentor Program of America, a program that inspires high school students to pursue careers in design and construction.
