Taylor English Advises Link Media Outdoor on Three Significant Acquisitions

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that firm attorneys represented client Link Media Outdoor, a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, in connection with three significant acquisitions of outdoor advertising assets, making Link one of the leading outdoor advertising companies in the country.
 
Link acquired Tammy Lynn Outdoor, LLC, based in Bluefield, West Virginia and having over 250 billboard advertising faces, on July 31, 2018. The purchase price was not disclosed. On August 22, 2018, Link acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Key Outdoor, Inc. for $38 million. Key was one of the leading outdoor companies in the Midwest with over 700 structures and almost 1,800 advertising faces in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. On August 31, 2018, Link acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Waitt Outdoor, LLC (“Waitt”) for $82 million in cash. Waitt, based in Omaha, had over 1,600 advertising structures and 2,500 advertising faces located in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
 
Following these three acquisitions, Link operates over 2,900 billboard structures and 5,400 advertising faces in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
