Kids II Welcomes Jay Nayak as Chief Information Officer

As part of its three-year initiative to implement new technology and streamline processes to better serve its employees, consumers, and retailers, Kids II announced the addition of Jay Nayak as Chief Information Officer.

“We welcome Jay’s collaborative leadership and expertise as we continue to integrate and embed technology solutions across the organization that will support our forward-looking business goals,” said Dave Calhoun, president.

Jay Nayak joins Kids II with 26 years of experience in the IT world, and since 2011, has worked with Charming Charlie where she strategically established a multi-year innovative IT and digital roadmap to support business transformation and re-engineered the IT infrastructure to align with core business priorities. Nayak also partnered closely with their marketing team to launch Charming Charlie’s customer loyalty program and marketing campaigns and most recently launched the e-commerce site with enhanced customer experience.

Nayak also served as the VP of Administration with Garden Ridge and prior to that consulted with multiple companies throughout the Houston area. Originally from India, Nayak graduated from NMAMIT, recognized as one of the best performing Engineering colleges in Karnataka, India. She and her husband recently relocated to Atlanta from Houston, Texas and have two children, both attending college.
