Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta earned multiple industry accolades at the 2018 Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association OBIE Awards, receiving six awards including five honoring its marketing of Rockhaven Homes developments Eastland Gates, Park Chase and Brownstones at Cosmopolitan.

Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta received gold OBIE awards in several marketing categories, including Best On-Site Signage for Eastland Gates, a distinctive townhome community located in the East Atlanta neighborhood, which also won a silver honor for Best Model Home/Sales Office, as well as Best Magazine Ad for Park Chase located in Brookhaven, which also received a gold honor. The luxury real estate firm also took home a Gold OBIE Award for Best Building Design – Attached Model for Cowart Residential’s project Westfield, a masterfully designed single-family community in Forsyth County.
 
Additionally, Sweet Briar Farms by Jim Chapman Communities, which is marketed by Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, won the Community of the Year, Detached Gold award, as well as the Best Amenity Package silver award.
