Hodges-Mace, LLC, a benefits delivery innovator, announces two top employees will speak during the Workplace Benefits Renaissance 2019 Conference in Nashville, TN, at The Omni Nashville, February 20-22.  Register here to attend.

Hodges-Mace Senior Vice President, Executive Sponsor, John Chase, and Omni Hotels Director of Benefits, Darrell Hart, (a Hodges-Mace client) will deliver the morning Keynote address on Friday, February 22.  John and Darrell will present “Benefits in Motion: A Living Case Study on Omni Hotels.”  During their session, they will share their multi-year strategy for achieving excellence in benefits enrollment and engagement for a diverse employee base. The audience will hear about current initiatives that are measurably enhancing the benefits experience for Omni Associates.

On Thursday February 21, Hodges-Mace Senior Sales Consultant Megan Runci will speak on the “EBA Rising Stars: Our Future Leaders panel.  Megan was recently named one of the Top 20 Rising Stars in 2019 by the editors of Employee Benefits Advisor (EBA).  In 2018 Megan was named Top Sales Rep of the Month six times and generated more than $2.6 million in new revenue. EBA Editor in Chief Walden Siew will moderate the conference panel where Megan and two of her colleagues will share their individual stories about their rise to success.

About the Speakers

John Chase, Senior Vice President, Executive Sponsor – Hodges-Mace, LLC

John joined Hodges-Mace in 2005 and currently serves as Executive Sponsor to Sales and Operations, and is responsible for implementation and support to the firm’s largest clients. John was the first Hodges-Mace employee, and has held leadership roles in operations, client management, and technology including serving as Chief Information Officer until 2014. John has an extensive background in benefits administration and technology, enrollment operations, and group benefits. He interacts regularly with employers and consulting clients, including contacts in Human Resources, Benefits, and IT.

Darrell Hart, Director of Benefits – Omni Hotels Management Corporation

Darrell Hart is currently the Director of Benefits at Omni Hotels Management Corporation (since September 2017). Responsibilities include managing benefit plans for over 20,000 Associates.  He is a strategic leader of benefits initiatives and plan designs that are considered leading edge. In his roles, he has directed the implementation of benefit plans and initiatives that added value to employees and held health care cost trends below industry norms. Mr. Hart has been accountable for the full range of benefit design, administration, compliance, and communication and vendor management of benefit plans for over 500,000 employees in his career.

Megan Runci - Senior Sales Associate. Hodges-Mace, LLC

Megan is an experienced strategy consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry.  A true star within Hodges-Mace, she started as an Account Specialist before moving into Sales. Megan is now one of the top sales performers excelling more than the firm’s most tenured reps. In 2018 she was one of Hodges-Mace’s top producers and was named Top Sales Rep of the Month six times.  Most recently the editors of Employee Benefits Advisor Magazine named Megan one of the Top 20 Rising Stars of 2019.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Tennessee-Knoxville - College of Business Administration.
