Jackson Healthcare, a family of highly-specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, announced that it will open an on-site childcare center in the Fall of 2019.

The child development center, named AlleGroSM, will provide high-quality childcare and early education programs for infant, toddler, preschool and pre-k aged children, and is available exclusively to Jackson Healthcare associates. The on-site center—located on the campus of Jackson Healthcare's Alpharetta, Georgia headquarters—will be operated by Bright Horizons. As the largest provider of employer-sponsored childcare in the U.S., Bright Horizons delivers innovative childcare and early childhood education programs for families by reimagining the connection between work and home, and creating new ideas for the way people work, live and learn today. The AlleGro childcare center will use Bright Horizons' world-class curriculum and pursue National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation once the center is eligible.

"Our mission is to improve the lives of everyone we touch, and that, of course, means that we are intentional about offering benefits that effectively serve our associates and their families," said Shane Jackson, president of Jackson Healthcare. "We know that finding affordable, high-quality childcare is a top priority for working parents, so we are proud to introduce an on-site option to help fulfill that need."

The AlleGro child development center joins an already long list of Jackson Healthcare associate benefits, including an on-site health clinic with prescription dispensary; mobile vision, dental and mammography offerings and mental health support; and a state-of-the-art fitness center that offers individual workout opportunities, group fitness classes and personal training. Other associate benefits include access to healthy eating options with on-campus restaurants. There is also a deep commitment to giving back that includes substantial matching funds and service hour programs. With the introduction of AlleGro in the Fall of 2019, Jackson Healthcare will join a short list of Atlanta-area employers that offer on-site childcare.

"We are delighted to partner with Jackson Healthcare to bring best-in-class, innovative childcare to its associates' families, and to be part of its benefit program designed for the changing needs of today's modern workforce," added Stephen Kramer, CEO of Bright Horizons. "We have seen first-hand how committed Jackson Healthcare is taking care of its associates and look forward to serving them and their families with this new benefit."
