Taylor English Welcomes Team of Four to the Firm's Insurance Defense Practice

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its insurance defense practice with the addition of partner Brynda Rodriguez Insley and associates Adebola Lamikanra, Jenifer Fallon Pfanzelt and Walter Yarbrough.

Partner Brynda Rodriguez Insley brings more than 30 years of experience as a seasoned civil defense litigation attorney with a particular emphasis on complex and catastrophic personal injury claims. She has extensive experience in defending claims involving professional malpractice, sexual undue familiarity, security premises, transportation and trucking, construction, product liability, medical device, employment and a broad range of other general liability areas. She serves as Outside General Counsel to a long-term care organization with facilities in 4 different states. Ms. Insley also represents health care providers before their licensing and administrative boards. She defends cases throughout Georgia, and she is frequently consulted by her clients on matters throughout the United States. She has tried dozens of cases to successful conclusion over her three decades of law practice. She was previously named a Rainmaker by Diversity & The Bar, and successfully co-owned her law firm for more than 20 years before merging her law practice and team with Taylor English in order to better service her clients and expand her platform. Insley graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University and earned her law degree at Emory University.

Associate Adebola Lamikanra focuses her practice on tort litigation to include premises liability, premises security, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. She also has experience defending clients in employment litigation matters. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Indiana University.

Associate Jenifer Fallon Pfanzelt serves clients in a variety of areas including premises liability, trucking, professional and fiduciary liability, product liability and mass tort. Additionally, she actively engages in pro bono activity with the Truancy Intervention Project and the Georgia Bar High School Mock Trial programs. Pfanzelt earned her bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas and her law degree at Baylor University.

Associate Walter Yarbrough focuses his practice on transportation and trucking litigation, governmental and constitutional litigation, and insurance defense. He represents clients locally, as well as nationally in state and federal courts. He has experience advising clients on alleged constitutional violations and a variety of state law tort causes of action. Yarbrough previously served as an Assistant County Attorney for the Fulton County Law Department, an Assistant District Attorney for Fulton County and an Assistant Solicitor General for the City of Atlanta. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Mercer University.
