IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, announced Nick Faber has been appointed Vice President and Market Officer for the company’s Atlanta Region. Faber will oversee IDI’s leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the Atlanta market. Nick will also be responsible for management of the company’s South Florida portfolio. He will be based in Atlanta.

Prior to IDI Logistics, Faber served as VP of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties Industrial, Vice President of Leasing at DCT Industrial and Market Leader at Exeter Property Group. His expertise includes leasing, acquisitions, asset and property management.
