Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP announces the addition of five attorneys to its Atlanta office during May 2019, as well as the start of the firm’s six summer associates on May 20. Pfanzelt handles matters related to insurance coverage, commercial litigation and construction litigation. Her experience includes representing carriers in coverage arbitration and litigation, providing claims advice and defending against bad faith claims. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and her law degree from Baylor Law School.
Kathryn B. Robertson joins Swift Currie’s litigation team as an associate. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, premises liability and trucking litigation. Robertson earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
Riley W. Snider joins Swift Currie’s litigation team as an associate. He handles matters related to commercial litigation and premises liability. Stetson School of Business and Economics and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law.
Kenneth C. Wilson joins Swift Currie’s litigation team as an associate, concentrating his practice on automobile litigation, premises liability and products liability. Previously, he served as an assistant district attorney for Fulton County and represented a Fortune 500 company as in-house counsel.
