Avison Young Awarded 37-Building Asset Management Portfolio by Faropoint

Avison Young Atlanta was awarded a portfolio of 37 industrial and office buildings to manage on behalf of industrial investment firm, Faropoint. The portfolio includes industrial and office space across metro Atlanta, adding more than a million square feet to the current 246,000 square feet already managed on behalf of Faropoint.

“Based on our team’s ongoing successful asset management, including the Class A Crescent Center office building in Tucker, Georgia, Faropoint awarded us with a portfolio four times greater,” said Mary Ellen Bockstahler - principal, Property Management - Avison Young. “We’re thrilled to expand our management portfolio in metro Atlanta and provide our comprehensive approach to facility management to Faropoint on a larger scale,” she added.

In addition to asset management, Avison Young Atlanta currently leases three additional Class A and B office buildings in Faropoint’s portfolio, totaling 425,887 square feet. These properties are located in East Cobb, Norcross and Tucker, Georgia.
