Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s (ATL) ongoing construction efforts will impact ATL customers who utilize off-airport parking shuttles and regional shared-ride shuttles beginning Monday, August 12.

Off-Airport Parking Shuttles
 
Starting August 12, off-airport parking shuttles that currently pick up customers at the Ground Transportation center just beyond the West Curb will be relocated outside of door LN1. LN1 is located on the North Terminal’s lower level adjacent to the North parking garage. This change will impact pick-up locations only. Drop-off locations — along the North upper outer curb — will remain the same.
 
Regional Shared Ride Shuttle Pickup
 
Regional shared ride shuttle pick-up locations will also be relocated on August 12. These shuttles currently pick up customers in the Ground Transportation center just beyond the West Curb. The new pick-up location will be in the West Curb Ground Transportation center behind the hotel shuttle aisle.  
 
Signage will be prominently displayed and ATL’s friendly customer service representatives will be on hand to direct passengers.  Customers with questions are urged to engage customer service representatives in the area.  More changes involving the West Curb will take place this fall.  
The Airport will update customers as these changes approach.
