Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta Office Expands IP Practice with Addition of Vivek Ganti

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is expanding its Intellectual Property & Technology Practice with the addition of Vivek Ganti as of counsel in the firm's Atlanta office. Ganti joins from Hill, Kertscher & Wharton and focuses his practice on patent litigation.

Ganti's patent litigation practice involves developing infringement, invalidity, and claim construction strategies as well as engaging in discovery, motion drafting, and taking/defending depositions. His experience includes representing clients in matters pertaining to patent enforcement and defense, post grant review, and patent prosecution.

Throughout his career, Ganti has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. His clients include small companies seeking to protect their core technology, larger companies desiring to maintain their growth as innovators, and companies interested in developing patent portfolios for licensing or litigation purposes.

Ganti was named a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019 and recognized in Georgia Trend's Legal Elite in 2017 and 2018. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
