As a pioneer of the intown area of Atlanta, Steve Brock started building homes in the late 1990s in that area, seeing opportunity, where others saw a forgotten dead zone. He developed a master plan that provided custom single family homes, townhomes, extensive green space and a charter school critical to the community’s quality of life. Since that time, he’s developed more than 400 acres of intown Atlanta communities, carving out impressive single family developments in growing area.
“It is such an honor to be recognized for the excellent work our team does, and we are truly humbled to win 12 awards this year,” said Steve Brock, president of Brock Built Homes. “These accolades are a testament to our family-owned company focus of enriching people’s lives, and creating great places to live. We are particularly honored to receive the Community of the Year OBIE for our project and for our marketing director Ilir Imeraj to be recognized for his efforts for Brock Built.”
The OBIE accolades are named after the obelisk each honoree receives.
