Stratix Corporation Names Louis M. Alterman as Chief Executive Officer

Stratix Corporation (“Stratix”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Louis M. Alterman as President, CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Alterman assumes his new responsibilities on December 1, 2019.
Mr. Alterman brings over 20 years of experience in the technology services space and most recently served as the CFO of Rackspace, a global leader in managed applications, data, clouds and security. Prior to Rackspace, he spent 14 years at Earthlink, a nationwide provider of cloud-connected network services to over 750,000 businesses and consumers, in operational, financial and customer-facing roles, most recently serving as CFO. Mr. Alterman earned a BBA (Finance) from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, where he was a Presidential Scholar, and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Gina Gallo is stepping down from the day-to-day duties of CEO to pursue other opportunities outside the company. Ms. Gallo originally joined Stratix as a Senior Vice President of Sales in 2004, and has served as CEO since 2011.
