Chamberlain Hrdlicka Expands Tax and Litigation Sections In Atlanta

Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce the additions of senior associate Farid Khosravi to the firm’s Tax Controversy and Litigation Section and associate Haley Graber to the firm's Commercial Litigation group. Both are based in Atlanta.
 
Khosravi focuses on consulting and advising U.S. and international clients on income tax implications of their business operations, including mergers and acquisitions, check-the-box planning, compliance and reporting, holding company structuring, foreign tax credit planning, as well earnings and profits and tax basis studies. He has over 12 years of experience in international tax assisting clients with their inbound investments.
 
Khosravi formerly worked in-house focusing on international taxation with the Tax Planning Group at a diversified, Fortune 500 manufacturing and materials sciences company. He has experience managing the acquisition and integration of billion-dollar joint-ventures, and has clients in many industries including manufacturing, retail/consumer products, hospitality, energy, private equity, materials science, as well as nonprofit organizations.
 
Khosravi earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and his law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law.
 
Graber counsels clients involved in state and federal commercial, franchise, and securities matters. She also advises on shareholder and business disputes, business reorganization matters and bankruptcies. Graber formerly worked as a law clerk with Meredith Corporation.
 
Graber earned her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia and her law degree from Emory University School of Law.
