Paya, a leading provider of integrated payments and commerce solutions, announced that it is expanding its suite of services to assist non-profit organizations impacted by social distancing and site closures across the country. Through its electronic giving platform, Stewardship, Paya has increased its implementation capabilities, expanded marketing and training support and added additional donor education programs.
Stewardship is an all-in-one donation management solution which combines unlimited online and mobile gift forms, text-to-give, tuition payments, crowdfunding and peer-to-peer fundraising, event registration, donor data, and analytics into one highly secure cloud-based platform.

Paya will waive set-up fees and enable organizations to be up and running within 48 hours of signing up. Paya also offers non-profits and faith-based organizations direct outreach to donors through communication plans, integrated CRM, and social media plug-ins to help inform donors of their online giving options. To reduce back office friction, Paya’s Stewardship team offers direct support in reporting and reconciling donations.

“We are all working through the challenges brought about by the Coronavirus, and Paya is proud to expand our services to help non-profit and faith-based organizations,” said Jeff Hack, CEO of Paya. “The Stewardship platform and team are dedicated to the missions of these organizations and ensuring they provide critical services and support to their communities,” he added.
