Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio is excited to announce its April guest lineup. Committed to providing listeners with the latest news on Atlanta real estate, as well as news on all the attractions and things to do around the city, this month’s shows offer something for everyone.

“We’re kicking off spring with a fantastic radio lineup,” said Denim Marketing President Carol Morgan. “Make sure to tune into the show to hear the latest happenings in Atlanta, as well as the most up-to-date information, incentives and promotions from some of the top professionals in the building industry.”

All About Real Estate

April 1 – Licensed Partner and CEO of Engle and Volkers Buckhead Atlanta & Atlanta North Fulton, Shirley Gary kicks off April with her fun-filled and informative segment. Gary discusses several of the best communities in the metro Atlanta area and how she works with builders.

April 8 – Glenn and Bernie Drake, owners and brokers with Drake Realty join Radio to discuss their full-service Real Estate company serving the greater Atlanta area. Whether you are interested in buying or selling, Glenn and Bernie Drake have the inside scoop on the entire process with plenty of tips and tricks of the trade for listeners.

April 15 – Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio welcomes StrucSure Home Warranty on this All About Real Estate Segment. Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Division Cindy Huber and CEO Jerry Thompson dive right into their warranty and how it works. They also discuss how it applies to several different industry facets including workmanship, materials, wiring, piping, ductwork and structural components.

April 22 – Founder and CEO of NterNow, Lynne Davis joins radio to discuss her business and how it is especially important in the current market. Davis explains the on-demand access, new products and technology and how she benefits realtors, builders, OSCs and more. Davis also gives insight on being a female entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry.

April 29 – President of Sales & Marketing Lurae Davis joins radio on behalf of Liberty Communities. Tune in to hear all about Ashley Glen, College Heights and Cork Meadows – three up-and-coming communities in the Atlanta area. Davis also dives into several unique promotions and incentives available for buyers.

Around Atlanta

April 2 – Dr. Amy Stevens, a licensed professional counselor with Georgia Military Women and board member of Vetlanta is the first Around Atlanta guest in April. Stevens discusses the background of Georgia Military Women, including how it started off as a Facebook group. She also talks about the importance and scope of her organization.

April 9 – Patrick Pittaluga, Cofounder and COO of Grubbly Farms joins radio on April 9 to discuss her organization, who it helps, where the organization is headed and more. Pittaluga dives into her inspiration for starting Grubbly Farms during her time at Georgia Tech.

April 16 – Eric Broadwell with Ga 400 Century joins Radio to talk about the upcoming GA 400 Hospitality Highway Century Bike Ride and how it got started. Broadwell has participated in this race for 12 consecutive years and knows all the ins and outs of the ride. Any interested participants are encouraged to listen to find out all about the charity the ride benefits and how to participate.

April 23 – Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces is welcomed to Radio through Festival Director Randall Fox. Fox discusses upcoming festivals including Roswell Spring Arts Festival, Chastain Spring Arts and Crafts, Duluth Arts Festival and more. He also gives an inside look at how event planning works in this Atlanta organization.

April 30 – Program Specialist for World Languages and Global Workforce Initiatives Patrick Wallace joins the final Around Atlanta segment in April to discuss his work with Georgia Dept of Education. Wallace talks about the initiative he oversees including the International Skills Diploma Seal and the Seal of Biliteracy. He also dives into language programs, initiatives and statistics for the state of Georgia.
