Fulton County Releases the 2021 Community Services Program Request for Proposals

The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance, on behalf of the Department of Community Development, has released the 2021 Community Services Program (CSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Friday, October 23, 2020. The RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit organizations/educational institutions to provide services related to the Service Categories identified as part of the proposal. 

Two virtual Pre-Proposal Conferences and Technical Assistance Workshops are scheduled to provide RFP responders with detailed information regarding the Community Service Program RFP and to address questions and concerns.  Representatives from the Fulton County Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions.  Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend one of the workshops.

Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be provided to those who RSVP.

The Virtual Workshops will be held on the following dates.

Thursday, November 5, 2020 – 10:00am-12:00pm

Tuesday, November 10, 2020 – 1:00pm–3:00pm

Responses to the RFP are to be received online via Fulton County WebGrants no later than Friday, November 20, 2020 at 3 p.m.  No proposals will be accepted after 3 p.m. The RFP document and supporting documents can be downloaded from the Fulton County Government Bid Opportunities website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/fultoncounty  and via Fulton County WebGrants http://fulton.dullestech.net  .
