Lincoln Property Company Southeast Drives Leasing Momentum at Dunwoody Office Complex, Adding Four New Tenants

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured four new leases totaling more than 10,000 square feet at 200 Ashford, a 159,154-square-foot, Class-A office building located in the heart of Central Perimeter. Lincoln’s George Gwaltney and Matt Davis represented the landlord, TerraCap Management. 

Recent deals at 200 Ashford include:

  • Financial Discovery signed a new lease at the building. Doug Legg with Wm. Leonard & Co. represented the tenant. 

  • Franpos, Inc. signed a new lease at the building. Catherine Giel with CBRE represented the tenant. 

  • Gerdes Huff signed a new lease at the building. Bryant McKenzie with Lee & Associates represented the tenant. 

  • HPI Direct signed a new lease at the building. Brad Kirschner with CBRE represented the tenant.   

The five-story office building features a number of first-class, on-site amenities, including outdoor, Wi-Fi-connected patio space, access-controlled storage space, fully equipped conference room, café and exercise facility with lockers and showers. The building also currently features several move-in ready spec suites.

200 Ashford offers ingress and egress to Ashford Dunwoody Road and Mount Vernon Highway, as well as immediate access to the Dunwoody MARTA station and retail and dining options at Dunwoody Village, Perimeter Village and Ashford Place.
