8West, West Midtown’s newest mixed-use development, today announced that prominent Atlanta creative firm, The Dalton Agency, has officially signed to be the first tenant in the transformative nine-story office building that faces Howell Mill Road at 8^th Street. The striking 200,000 square-foot mixed-use facility is also home to the acclaimed art wall featuring Craig Alan’s “From the Ground Up” phoenix mural.
