8West Attracts Prominent Atlanta Creative Firm, The Dalton Agency, As First Official Tenant

8West, West Midtown’s newest mixed-use development, today announced that prominent Atlanta creative firm, The Dalton Agency, has officially signed to be the first tenant in the transformative nine-story office building that faces Howell Mill Road at 8th Street. The striking 200,000 square-foot mixed-use facility is also home to the acclaimed art wall featuring Craig Alan’s “From the Ground Up” phoenix mural. 

Formerly based in Midtown Atlanta, the Dalton Agency, a full-service integrated marketing communications agency, sought a new space that reflected its creative roots and gave employees and visitors a refreshing mix of character and cool. “We wanted a new space that we could be proud to call home and that reflected who we are as an agency,” said Dalton Agency President Bill Coontz. “When your work is strategic and creative, it’s essential to inhabit a space that intrinsically blends with our culture. 8West seamlessly blends turn-of-the-century industrial character with Class-A modern office design. Following a January 2019 groundbreaking, the building is now complete and available to potential office and retail tenants. The property, which is directly adjacent to Georgia Tech, reflects the artistic character of the West Midtown neighborhood and provides the flexible, creative workspace that tomorrow's workforce demands.

The project was designed by MSTSD, Inc. and constructed by BL Harbert International.
