Jim Ellis Automotive Group announces the return of their annual Holiday Giving Campaign, a group-wide sales event that will benefit the Empty Stocking Fund, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides toys and gifts to disadvantaged children during the holiday season and school supplies throughout the year across several Georgia counties.

From November 27 to December 31, all 19 Jim Ellis family-owned and operated dealerships will donate a portion of every sale of all new or pre-owned vehicles to the Empty Stocking Fund. The collective donation will help provide toys and gifts to children in need — along with essential supplies throughout the year to support positive social and emotional development and academic success.

“This holiday season, we want to bring hope and smiles to children who deserve all the joy in the world,” said Stacey Ellis, Vice President of Jim Ellis Automotive Group. “It’s been a daunting year for many families, so it is more important than ever for us to make a meaningful difference this year and help put a smile on a child’s face as we spread some holiday cheer.”

Jim Ellis Automotive Group, celebrating 50 years in business next year, has a long-standing tradition of philanthropic efforts in the communities they serve. This year’s Holiday Giving Campaign marks the fourth consecutive year of special extra-mile giving just for the holidays to organizations that care for children and families.

With the donation that Jim Ellis Automotive Group will provide, Empty Stocking Fund estimates that more than 2,000 children will receive with gift packages for Christmas. Each child will receive two gift items, a book, a package of socks, an educational item, and a hygiene item.

Each year, the Empty Stocking Fund serves tens of thousands of metro Atlanta children in need where nearly 200,000 gift items are distributed. Children from birth through 12 years of age living in the metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties are eligible to receive gifts from the Empty Stocking Fund.
