Peachtree Packaging & Display Expands Its Design Team with Hire of Garrison Brooks

Peachtree Packaging & Display is excited to announce the addition of a new design master to its team. The company has hired Garrison Brooks, a seasoned industrial designer with extensive experience in display, package and retail space design, plus branding, signage, retail banners and print advertising. Brooks has completed numerous projects for clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Books-a-Million, Adidas, Southern Comfort, Fetzer Vineyards, Coors LIght, Wendy’s and more.
Brooks has more than 18 years of experience in industrial design projects ranging from retail endcaps, freestanding displays and signage to environments, advertising, branding, web and product design. He has held numerous leadership and creative roles including prototyper, corporate and agency designer, team member, team leader and creative director. At Peachtree Packaging, he takes the role of Creative Sales Director.

Brooks joined the Peachtree team in July 2020. Some of his previous roles include Creative Director of Customer Engagement for InnoMark Communications, Creative Director of Edison Retail Solutions, Creative Director of Compass Display Group and Senior Industrial Designer for Leggett & Platt, among others.
Brooks has a history of taking on complex design problems and achieving elegant, pragmatic, eye-catching results. In describing his strengths he says, “I love to take on difficult design projects, presenting unexpected solutions that add excitement and build team momentum. I welcome complexity and enjoy working with mixed materials and cutting-edge technology to develop concepts that inspire and energize customers,” said Brooks.
Despite the many obstacles that have occurred in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Peachtree has continued to make headlines for its creative design solutions and position as a top manufacturer in Georgia. Peachtree was named the 2020 “Manufacturer of the Year” in Partnership Gwinnett’s Movers and Makers Awards, which was presented in March 2020. Peachtree Packaging’s Black Box Coffin for Black Box Wines was named a finalist in the prestigious 2020 Design of the Times Awards, organized by the Path to Purchase Institute. Peachtree Packaging was also named to Creative Magazine’s Top 50 P.O.P. Companies for 2020 and recognized for its In-Store Dividers, a display solution that encourages social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
