Atlanta's OA Management Hires Industry Veteran

OA Management, an Atlanta-based property management firm, announces the addition of Melody Frcek as Vice President of Property Management overseeing the staff and operations of the 2.1 million-sq. ft. portfolio of sister company OA Development.

Frcek brings over 23 years of experience to her role as Vice President of Property Management. She is charged with overseeing the property management staff and operations including policies, processes, accounting and engineering, for 13 properties and nearly 200 tenants primarily throughout the Southeast. Frcek’s strong can-do approach and affinity towards building operations, have shaped her multi-decade, successful professional career. Particular strengths include budgets, AR management, capital management, lease and tax administration, and legal matters. 

Prior to joining OA Management, Frcek served as Lincoln Property Company’s senior portfolio manager, The RMR Group’s area director and First Industrial Realty Trust’s operation director. Frcek also spent over 10 years of her career in various leadership positions with Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

A consummate volunteer and mentor, Frcek is active in BOMI, BOMA-Georgia and CREW Atlanta, currently serving as Chair of the Board of BOMA-Georgia Foundation as well as Connections Homes having just completed her term on the Thrive Women Advisory Board. In 2017, she received the BOMA-Georgia Foundation Philanthropic Leadership Award. Frcek has also earned the following BOMA certifications: Property Administrator Certification, RPA Designation and Leadership Master’s Program.
