Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Atlanta Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team has completed a 23,325-square-foot sublease on behalf of Decisely Insurance Services LLC. Transwestern Senior Managing Director Bradley Fulkerson and Associate Austin Hibbard represented Decisely in the transaction.

“The pandemic’s disruption to the workforce has given companies a valuable opportunity to reevaluate their workplaces and right-size their offices,” said Fulkerson. “Based on Decisely’s success operating remotely, its office was not being fully utilized. By arranging a sublease, we were able to meet Decisely’s current needs and maximize the value of its real estate while we create a strategy for safely bringing its team back to an office in sync with its post-pandemic workplace model.”

The Atlanta-based, technology-focused benefits brokerage and HR services firm is subleasing its entire space at Mansell One, a 109,296-square-foot, Class A office building at 3700 Mansell Road in Alpharetta, Georgia through the end of the lease term.

“If there’s been an upside to the pandemic, it’s that we learned that our company can be 100% virtual,” said Kevin Dunn, Decisely CEO. “Our team members are able to be at home with their families, which is important with so many children in a remote learning environment. And they have no commute, which reduces our carbon footprint. We’re pleased with the transition.”
