Spring is synonymous with the homebuying season and this year is no exception with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) kicking off its three-weekend 2021 Atlanta Parade of Homes next weekend. Beginning April 24-35 and continuing the weekends of May 1-2 and May 8-9, the free, self-guided tour will feature model and inventory homes from local home builders throughout metro Atlanta.

The free, self-guided Atlanta Parade of Homes features new homes throughout some of the most popular intown and metro Atlanta locations. Many of the participating homes are decorated models that feature the latest design trends and options in a variety of sizes, layouts and architectural styles. The Parade will feature everything from affordable entry-level homes and townhomes, moderately priced and large homes in popular neighborhoods, and elegant custom homes in exclusive communities.
