Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, unveils the mouthwatering menu for its inventive watering hole, Drawbar, establishing the hotel as a culinary hotspot among voyagers and Atlantans alike.

Serving imaginative variations of classic American-tavern fare handcrafted by Executive Chef Christina Wai, the eatery’s dinner menu will feature an array of heavenly flavors from dishes such as Drawbar Double Decker served with melted onions; Coca-Cola Short Rib Toast complemented by parsnip Yukon and herb gremolata; Roasted Garden Crudité topped with garlic tahini-yogurt dip; and Pulled Pork Sliders with peach-cider braised pork, chow chow slaw and herbed goat cheese, among other delectable bites.

“Drawbar immerses guests in the essence of Southern hospitality while celebrating the history of West Midtown through its contemporary cuisine and industrial yet welcoming ambiance,” said Executive Chef Christina Wai. “The bar and lounge offers the ideal atmosphere to begin or end a night in Atlanta.”

Evening diners with a sweet tooth can feast on Drawbar’s decadent dessert selections, including Flourless Chocolate Tort garnished with whipped cream, Bourbon Apple Tart accompanied by sea salt ice cream and Hi Road Ice Cream Sundae decorated with banana, candied pecans and chocolate truffle sauce.

To start the morning off right, guests can nosh on sweet and savory spreads, including Dragged Through the Garden Frittata with fresh herbs from Drawbar’s house garden; Bananas French Toast immersed in blueberry compote, cream and pure maple syrup; Tomato and Ricotta Johnny Cakes with pickled chili; and The B&E, a classic favorite featuring two eggs, apple smoked bacon, crispy potato and toast topped with local fruit jam.

The industrial-inspired eating house complements its breakfast offerings with a variety of traditional Southern comfort sides such as Southern potatoes, fresh fruit and chicken sausage links.

The boutique hotel’s dining destination highlights its deep Georgia roots by infusing its dishes with ingredients from local purveyors, including Sweet Grass Dairy, Spotted Trotter, Golda Kombucha, Udderly Coo Dairy, L&R Farms, Doux South and Stone Creek Hydroponics.
