Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has expanded its healthcare operational platform with the addition of Stacy Walker as Vice President, Healthcare Asset Services. “Stacy understands the unique management requirements and service expectations necessary to support physician groups and hospital systems, and bring value to property owners,” said Steve Hall, Transwestern’s Senior Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory Services. “Her extensive experience combined with a desire to deliver a high level of client satisfaction and operational excellence will help us continue building our healthcare platform in Atlanta and across the Southeast.”

Walker brings 25 years of experience in real estate and portfolio management to her Transwestern role where she will develop and deploy property management services for healthcare owners, including hospitals, outpatient centers, medical office buildings, and life and bioscience facilities.

During her seven years with the company she oversaw approximately 10 million square feet of assets across the eastern United States, with a combined investment value of $5 billion

“I’m excited to join Transwestern and be a part of the growing Healthcare Asset Services division,” said Walker. “I look forward to working with the team to provide exceptional service to property owners and expand the company’s healthcare services reach both locally and regionally.”

Since 2016, Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team in Atlanta has leased more than 2.6 million square feet of medical space for national healthcare real estate firms, such as American Healthcare Investors, Lillibridge Healthcare Services, and Healthcare Trust Inc. The team’s notable recent accomplishments include fully preleasing and selling Brookhaven Medical Center II on behalf of G.H. Anderson. Current assignments include preleasing for 2021 Peachtree Medical, a 75,000-square-foot medical development, on behalf of Varden Capital Properties and The Gipson Company.
