Claudia Rios, a Senior Loan Officer with First Community Mortgage, has been named to the seventh annual Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report recognizing the top producing Latino mortgage pros across the U.S. The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP^®), in association with Radian, ranks individual originators based on number and dollar volume of transactions.

“Claudia’s customer reviews consistently mention her expertise, availability, excellent communication, professionalism and the time she takes to educate customers,” says Miguel Vega, FCM’s Chief Diversity Officer and EVP of Multicultural Business Development. “So, it’s no surprise that a growing base of satisfied customers has earned her this recognition.”

NAHREP notes that Rios is number 108 on the Top 250 list for achieving 202 closed mortgages during the 2020 calendar year. In addition to serving Middle Tennessee, Rios recently expanded her reach to Atlanta. In total, the 2021 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators have a combined sales volume of $16.9 billion.

“I’m honored to receive this recognition,” Rios says, “and appreciate the confidence my customers have in me and the referrals they make that keep me happily busy. I am especially proud as a Latina to earn this recognition for service to the community, helping Latinx, Hispanic and other people realize the American homeownership dream.

All honorees, including Rios, will be recognized at NAHREP’s L’attitude conference in San Diego this Fall.
