Foot traffic to retail, restaurant and entertainment establishments in Atlanta have seen a 29% increase since the start of the year, according to the brick-and-mortar marketing experts at Zenreach. And that’s not all - visits to restaurants and dining establishments have seen an 32% increase in Atlanta since January 1st, 2021.

These numbers are just 6% below the national average though, which shows a 35.81% all industry increase in foot-traffic, and a 37% foot-traffic increase within the restaurant industry.

Nationwide, all industry growth is only at a 35.81% increase since the start of the year.

"We saw customer foot traffic flatten in July, but August saw a double-digit deficit nationwide. Decreasing customer visits to both restaurants and retailers will likely continue as concerns over the Delta variant and new restrictions grow." says Megan Wintersteen, VP of Marketing for Zenreach.
