Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation’s top 100 commercial insurance brokerages, has announced the hire of Lamar Gresham as a Client Advisor. Lamar is based in the company’s Atlanta office where he will concentrate on Private Risk Management.

With over 25 years of experience, Lamar’s focus is to provide expertise for financially successful individuals and families, specifically working with high net-worth clients. His areas of expertise include litigation, property and casualty, aviation, marine, excess liability, and catastrophic exposed areas such as coastal properties.

Prior to joining Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Lamar spent 16 years with State Farm Insurance as a Complex Claims Representative. He was a State Farm Insurance Agency Owner for four years and is licensed to practice in over 40 states.

Lamar holds a Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Risk Management from Georgia State University.  He has also earned advanced designations as a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA), a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), and is actively working toward a Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) designation through The National Alliance.

Lamar is a member of multiple civic organizations including the Private Risk Management Association, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and as a member and advisor of the Family Office Exchange. Lamar has served as a College Football Official for over 10 years and also a youth coach for a variety of sports.

Lamar, and his wife, reside in Sandy Springs with their two young children.
