North Georgia-based Compass agents Laura Elleby and Thomas Echea have opened a new satellite office in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The office opening will allow Compass to deliver an unparalleled level of service to seller and buyer clients in a new market, while helping agents grow their reach and tap into a new resource for business.
At the helm of the Blue Ridge office is Compass agent Laura Elleby. She will oversee all activity in the Blue Ridge area, providing support to increase the brokerage’s market share across the region and elevate the performance of its local agents. Supporting the office’s operations is Thomas Echea, a Compass agent with dual licensing in Georgia and Florida. With years of experience in the Blue Ridge market, Elleby and Echea will be the authority on buying and selling residential real estate in Blue Ridge, Morganton, Mineral Bluff, and beyond.
“Blue Ridge has always held a special place in my heart, and I am honored to be able to help local residents find the home of their dreams,” said Elleby. “This expansion allows our agents to service clientele and helps clients achieve the Compass mission of helping everyone find their place in the world. I look forward to what the future holds for our Blue Ridge office.”
Compass’ Blue Ridge office is located at 56 Mountain Street in downtown Blue Ridge. The office opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony for Compass agents working at the new location, as well as the new retailer, Layers Home Furnishings, owned by Miami-based designer, Joe Fava. In the future, Fava and Echea will partner to build two new luxury residential projects.
